Starting point

Elior Group launched a programme with IBM to roll out AI to its 133,000 employees. Each branch had to know where AI would truly help.

What I did

  • I represented the facility management branch (cleaning, maintenance and on-site services).
  • I found possible AI use cases and estimated what each one could bring back.
  • I trained field teams on MyPilot, the tool that tracks service delivery.

The result

AI use cases found and costed, carried for the branch in the group’s programme.
